Nicole Knoebel, MS, OTR/L, CLT is a local therapist who has spent her life serving the East End. Previously working as a therapist and clinical director for our beloved prior company, Advanced Occupational Therapy Services, Nicole morphed the business into Horizon Occupational Therapy Services, a space where families could come for support and guidance. Nicole has over 10 years of experience working with both children and adults. Nicole and the team at Horizon collaboratively supports individuals with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional regulation needs, sensory processing concerns, childhood development and milestones, and supporting children within the school based environment. Adult based care focuses on home modifications for aging in place, adaptations to daily activities, and specialized lymphedema care.
